MOHAMED BUNDU/ MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING ENGINEER
Mr. Bundu is a Registered Professional Engineer in three (3) States, and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional. He brings to a project an in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of interdisciplinary design and experience in the areas of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Engineering and Energy Management. He has over 19 years experience in residential, commercial, Industrial and critical system (Tier IV) HVAC, Energy Management (Conservation and Auditing) and plumbing engineering; this includes new buildings, renovation work, energy modeling and analysis in industrial and commercial systems, project management and system commissioning, design and modeling of industrial Fluid systems and Quality Control and Assurance. He has experience with projects of a wide range of sizes and complexity as well as a wide variety of system types, including chillers, central air handler systems, industrial pump stations and piping design, simple split DX systems, rooftop systems and PTAC systems.
Mr. Bundu is the Principal-in-Charge of Diversified Consulting Engineers, LLC, with responsibilities including day-to-day project planning and management, and hands-on design activity. Mr. Bundu has also received training in Software Engineering and Design, Systems Engineering and Management at The School of Engineering and Science at The George Washington University, Washington, D.C. He is active in the Energy Management and “Green Building” design arena.

ADRIANNE Kotula / INTERIOR DESIGNER
Adrianne Kotula is the Lead Interior Designer for WPS Paint & Decorating Center. Growing up, she has always been interested in color and design. Since graduating from Drexel University with a degree in Design, she has been decorating spaces for clients throughout the Maryland/DC and Pennsylvania areas. Her design work includes residential homes and even a “Tiny House”. Adrianne has had her work featured several times in the Baltimore Sun as well as Baltimore Style Magazine. The newest project to add to her portfolio is designing and decorating the Embassy of Ivory Coast located in Washington D.C
